Robert Munsch Visits Halifax MAY 2002 The students of Bedford Academy greeted famed author Robert Munsch at Halifax International Airport. Mr. Munsch was welcomed with a resounding chorus of "Seize The Day", an Academy favorite, as he stepped off the escalator. The children were treated to a spontaneous, original story made up on the spot and our Director was literally whisked off her feet. The author was quite taken with the enthusiastic response and greatly appreciated the time and effort the students put into his greeting.
