Our Grade Five/Six students lead a heartfelt presentation on Terry Fox and his Marathon of Hope during the Friday Assembly. Bedford Academy played a major role in Bedford's Fun Run, which was held on Sunday, September 19th at Bedford's waterfront.

Our Five/ Six students presented the Terry Fox Story prior to the run. Mr. Sangster and members of our BA Cross Country Team warmed up the participating runners before the official run at 1:00pm. The Fun Day activities included a barbeque, BA Harry Potter Bouncer and games supervised by our fabulous BA Staff! Our students displayed the Academy's support to the Foundation with their energetic and enthusiastic participation throughout the afternoon.

The run was a great success with every child running, determined to fulfill Terry's dream. BA raised $3100.00 Excellent job Mr. Sangster and the rest of the Academy team! Our deepest thanks to all!
