Daily News Press Release

DAILY NEWS - AUGUST 30 2002

Bedford Academy enters its third year of operation in their new building with an ever-increasing student enrollment. Director, Nancy Wallace attributes the significant parental interest in the Academy to three key factors, the provision of a safe, secure learning environment, a maximum class size of 18 students and the delivery of an enhanced curriculum.

Additional factors that have drawn parents to strongly consider the Academy as an educational option for their children vary from the Core French Program for grades primary to six, the extra curricular program; including athletics, the fine arts and individual interests such as photography and chess.

Academy parents have favorably commented on the required school uniforms and the sense of community created through the common student and teacher apparel.

Bedford Academy will field a teaching staff that has the proven ability and experience to meet the specific learning needs of each student. Their considerable energy and talents will support every child to reach their full potential as learners.

Interested parents are invited to view the Bedford Academy web site at www.beacademy.ca or to contact Nancy Wallace at 835-2384 or [email protected].
